Roasted soy curl recipe that tastes exactly like roasted chicken!
Ingredients:
1/2 package Soy Curls (125g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried basil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. This is your marinade.
3. Add the Soy Curls to the marinade, and toss to coat. Let the Soy Curls sit in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
4. After the Soy Curls have marinated, spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure to space them out so they cook evenly.
5. Bake the Soy Curls in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are lightly browned and crispy on the outside. Alternatively, you can pan fry them as well!
6. Serve the Soy Curls hot, with your favorite side dishes. They're perfect on top of a salad, in a wrap, or as part of a mezze platter. Smother them in hot sauce for a buffalo chick'n!
